1. AIM AND OBJECTIVES OF THE WEST

The International Armwrestling Camp is conducted with the purpose of implementing the comprehensive arm wrestling program "Armwrestling is a Future".

The main tasks of the competition are:

- fostering a sense of love for sports and sports; formation in children and adolescents of the initial idea that the most important and values ​​of society are manifested in sports, such as equality of chances for success, success, desire to be the first, competition, etc.;

- identifying talented youth to further help them realize themselves and possibly go into great sports;

• establishment of a joint international meeting of the International Federation of Armwrestling (IFA) to enhance of professional skills and competence, joint training, exchange of experience between coaches, referees, organizers and athletes;
• increasing the number of children and adolescents who are systematically engaged in arm wrestling;
• increasing the level of physical and moral development of children, adolescents and young people;
• decrease in indicators of asocial behavior among children and adolescents;
• increase in the number, variety of health and sports and mass services.

2. TERMS AND LOCATION

The International Armwrestling Camp "Armwrestling is a Future"is being held for the first time from 07/02/2020 to 10/02/2020 in Kyiv, Ukraine.

The Organizing Committee is responsible for determining the venue and dates.

3. ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT OF EVENTS

3.1. The general management of the International Armwrestling Camp "Armwrestling is a Future" is carried out by the Organizing Committee for the Organization and Conduct of the Event.

3.2. Direct holding is carried out by the competent Board, which may include coaches, referees, sports doctors, professional armwrestlers, and special guests may also be invited to participate. The composition of the Board is approved by the Organizing Committee.

3.3. The Head Referee and Referee's Board, which is approved by the Organizing Committee, is in direct control. Refereeing is carried out in accordance with the official Armwrestling Rules. The Head Referee is appointed by the Organizing Committee.

4. PARTICIPANTS

4.1. Children and adolescents from all over the world are allowed to participate in the project without exception, regardless of whether the country is in official relations with IFA.

4.2. The composition of the team is not limited in number, girls and boys are allowed to participate.

4.3. The team arrives at the gathering under the guidance and supervision of the attendants.

5. ORGANIZATION FORMS, CHARACTER OF CONDUCT

5.1. The organization is individual and team-based.

- 2005-2007: boys weighing up to 57 kg and over 57 kg, girls - absolute weight;

- 2002-2004: boys weighing up to 57 kg, up to 63 kg, up to 70 kg and over 70 kg, girls are the absolute weight category;

- the organization of the event involves the participation of younger representatives than the above age categories.

5.2. The final stage of the Camp is the competitions which are held in the left and right hand in weight categories, the fight is conducted in accordance with the Armwrestling Rules.

6. THE MEETING PROGRAM

07/02/2020 - day of arrival;

08/02/2020 - First Camp Day:

- breakfast;

- general meeting, press conference;

- first workout / morning section;

- lunch;

- interactive rest;

- second training / afternoon section;

- unofficial communication with the stars of the TOP8 project;

- theoretical and practical classes, presence on a professional armfight;

- dinner, rest.

09/02/2020 - Second Camp Day:

- breakfast;

- participation in the mini-tournament "Armwrestling is a Future";

- lunch;

- third training section / final;

- excursion to the city of Kyev;

- dinner;

- awarding and summarizing.

10/02/2020 - day of departure.

7. SAFETY AND PREPARATION OF PLACES

Security and preparation of training venues, seminars, trainings and competitions is carried out in accordance with the requirements of Ukrainian, European and World standards.

In case of violation of the conditions for the preparation of sports facilities, safety during the competition, the basic rules of the competition and this Program, the Head Referee has the right to stop them.

8. AWARDS OF PARTICIPANTS, WINNERS AND PRIZES

Rewarding of participants, winners and prizes:

Participants, winners and prizes are awarded by the Department of Youth and Sports and International Federation of Armwrestling.

Participants, winners and prizes are rewarded with memorable prizes and valuable gifts.
